The Multiple active subscriptions profile shows a lighter cancellation flow to customers who have two or more active subscriptions. When they cancel one, they usually stay with your brand through the others.
Who this profile targets
This profile targets customers who have two or more active subscriptions. When they cancel one, they usually stay with your brand through the others.
Navigate to Loop admin > Retain > Cancellation flows > Profiles tab, then click Create profile. Click + Add condition, choose the condition type and enter the values below.
Condition: Active subscription count is 2 or more.
When to use it
Use this profile to avoid giving your biggest discounts to customers who are not leaving your brand. A lighter offer, or no offer, is often enough to keep the subscription or let it go without extra cost.
How to set it up
These ideas are suggestions only, and each brand decides what to show and how much to offer.
Intervention step | Suggestion |
Benefits page | Remind them of what this specific subscription gives them. |
Reasons | Add reasons like "I want to combine my orders" and "I have too much of this product." Map a product swap or a frequency change to the reason that fits, such as a frequency change for "I have too much of this product." |
Retention offers | Offer a light discount, or no offer. You can optionally pair it with the Skip or Delay treatment. |
Winback offers | Keep it light, or leave it out. These customers usually stay with your brand through their other subscriptions. |
Example
A customer has a dog food subscription and a dog treats subscription, and tries to cancel the treats. They choose "I have too much of this product" and see an option to switch the treats to delivery every other month.
