The Order now campaign allows brands to encourage subscribers to place their upcoming order immediately instead of waiting for the scheduled billing date.

This campaign is ideal when you want to accelerate revenue, create urgency around limited-time offers, or drive higher engagement during peak demand periods.

When to use this campaign?

This campaign works best in scenarios like:

• Limited-time discount for placing the order today
• Festive or flash sale for subscribers only
• Inventory clearance with immediate purchase incentive
• End-of-month revenue push
• Demand spike planning


Important prerequisite

The Order now action works only when order placement via customer portal is enabled.

If disabled, you will see a message prompting you to enable:

Customer Portal → Preferences → Place order preference

Enable this to allow subscribers to place their order via campaigns.


How to create an Order now campaign


Follow these steps to set up your campaign:

Navigate to:
Loop Admin → Campaigns → Create Campaign → Order now

Add an internal name for easy identification.

Select audience

Choose who should see this campaign:

• All Active subscriptions
• Specific Active subscriptions using filters (frequency, product, customer tags, etc.)
• Add specific subscription IDs

You can combine filters to create precise targeting.

Select channel

Choose where subscribers will see this campaign:

• Customer portal banner
• Email/SMS via third-party marketing apps (Klaviyo)
• Both customer portal and Email/SMS

Select incentive (Optional)

You can optionally reward subscribers for placing the order now:

• Add free gift
• Add discount
• None

Incentives increase conversion rates by adding immediate value.

Add customer portal banners

Upload campaign creatives:

Mobile banner
Recommended size: 2000 × 960 px

Desktop banner
Recommended size: 3912 × 964 px

Subscribers will see these banners inside their Customer Portal.

Customize texts

Configure campaign messaging:

Popup header
Popup body (supports variables like {{campaign_end_date}})
Confirm button text
Close button text
Success message

These allow you to tailor urgency and reward messaging.

Example:

Header: Limited time offer
Body: Order now to unlock your reward. Valid till {{campaign_end_date}}.
Confirm button: Place order now
Success message: Your order has been placed successfully.

Set timeline

Define campaign duration:

Start date and time
End date and time

Note: Campaign duration by default is 1 month (difference between start and end date).

Once expired:

• Banner disappears automatically
• Expired links will redirect to portal but not open the campaign drawer

Notify completion alert (Optional)

Enter an email address to receive notifications when subscribers complete the campaign action.



Customer experience


When the campaign is live:

Eligible subscribers visiting the Customer Portal will see the banner.

On clicking the banner:

• A popup appears opens with offer window
• They can place their order immediately
• Incentives (if configured) are automatically applied

After completion:

• A success message confirms the order
• The campaign disappears for that subscription

This creates a seamless, one-click acceleration of the subscriber journey.


Performance tracking

Track campaign results under:
Loop Admin → Campaigns

Available metrics:

Audience – Total targeted subscriptions
Clicks – Subscribers who interacted
Completion rate – Subscribers who placed the order

Use these insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and incentives.


FAQs

What happens to the subscriber’s original billing date?

The subscription continues as per normal schedule after the order is placed. The next order date recalculates based on the subscription frequency.

Can I run Order now alongside other campaigns?

Yes. If multiple campaigns are active, subscribers can swipe between banners in the portal.

What happens if the campaign expires?

The banner disappears automatically and subscribers cannot access the offer.

Does Order now support Klaviyo?

Yes. You can send campaign-triggered emails or SMS via third-party integrations like Klaviyo.
