Completion rate in Analytics measured the percentage of completion based on the clicks count, like what percentage of customers clicked on the link completed the actual action.

How do I view the uploaded csv list for a Campaign action?

To view the uploaded CSV, please go to Loop > Campaigns and open the campaign you want to check. You’ll see a link labeled “Uploaded CSV file.” Click on it, and the file will download in CSV format.

How to run campaign actions in Loop app?

You can run the campaign actions for customers in the Loop app by going to Loop > Campaign > Campaign actions.
From here, you can send emails to customers that allow them to add a product as a subscription to their existing subscription. You can also target subscribers based on segments, as per your choice.

To achieve something similar to the upsell bar in Klaviyo-sent emails, you can use Zaymo.
With Zaymo, all the steps — like skipping an order, placing an order now, or upgrading — can be handled directly within the email itself.

Is there anyway to send a quick action campaign to subscriptions only using paypal?

To send a quick action caimpaign to subscriptions using Paypal:

You can create the campaign action from Loop itself by following the steps shown in the screenshot. Loop allows you to sync campaign action list to Klaviyo which you can leverage for your use case.
You can target the Paypal users only by exporting a report from Loop > Analytics > Reports > Subscriptions > Filter > Payment method = Paypal

When creating a campaign, does the condition “Completed subscription orders” include the first order placed by the customer at checkout?

How do I send direct login links to my customers via email so they can access the portal without logging in?

To send login links for Customer portal to customers in bulk, please use Campaign Actions by going to the: Loop app > Campaigns > click Create a Campaign and choose “Login” as the action.

From there, select the customers you want to target using conditions. Then either generate a manual quick action list or choose to auto-sync the campaign action link to Klaviyo.

After saving, you’ll be able to download a CSV file containing all the quick login URLs for each customer. Upload this file to Klaviyo, and you can send your email campaign from there.
