FAQs

How can I export product SKUs using reports?

You can view the upcoming product SKU report by navigating to Loop > Analytics > Reports, and then selecting Inventory Forecast.

This section will provide you with a detailed view of upcoming order products along with their associated SKUs, helping you get the insights you need.

Is there a way to export an email list of all subscribers to a specific product?

In the Subscription Report, you can apply the Product filter. This will fetch all subscriptions that include that specific product. Once filtered, you can export the report for your records.

What report would be best for us to make to show us the success and churn rate of a few customers impacted by flows?

To see a report for customers churned based on flows:

  1. Go to Analytics > Reports > Subscriptions.
Apply the filter for 'Subscribed product', 'status', and 'orders completed to date'.
    Export and download this report.

  2. Go back to the Reports section.
    Select Subscription Activity Logs.
Apply the filter: Entity > Loop Flows.
    Export and download this report.

In the data column, you will see the flow name. Filter this data according to the flow in the Excel sheet.
Use VLOOKUP to match the Subscription ID across both datasets
This will allow you to identify how many customers churned.

Why is there a discrepancy in the data of the product acquisition report and the subscriptions report?

About a discrepancy in Product Acquisition Report and Subscriptions Report

In Analytics > Products we show the quantity of product present during acquisition of a subscription. In other words, what quantity of product was present in the checkout order that created the subscription.

The subscription report simply shows the current status of the subscriptions.

How can I export the email addresses of customers grouped by their subscription order count?

To export the email addresses of customers grouped by their subscription order count, you need to follow the steps below:
First, go to Loop Admin Page > Analytics > Report > Subscriptions > Filter by Report > Order completed to date > Export the subscription report.
From the Report > Segment mail > Once grouped, extract the email addresses for each group and use them for your segmentation.
