Migrating Payments
Migrating payments from one platform to another is an automated process followed and performed by the Loop team. Please reach out to us at migrations@loopwork.co for a smooth and white-gloved migration experience.
Prerequisites
Before requesting a payment migration please make sure that you are using a supported payment provider. Listed below are the official supported providers

Note: If you are trying to migrate from a different platform to Shopify. Please reach out to us and link us with your payment provider to check if a payment migration is possible

Manual Payment Migration
The merchant can choose to manually migrate their payments from one of the supported platforms to Loop using the inbuilt utility. You can find this by going to Loop App > Settings > Migrate Customers and Payment Methods.

This method is best suited when you have fewer than 50 payment records on the payment provider
