Accessing customer portal from the Thank You page

You can also show the subscription details box on the thank you page helping customers to access their subscriptions.


How does it work?

As part of these settings, we provide 2 options viz.

Manage subscription button

If the customer is logged in, then the customer will be directly taken to the customer portal page. Otherwise, the customer will be first redirected to the customer account login page and would require to sign in or create an account to access the subscription portal.

Send link on email

Clicking on this button will send a self-authenticated customer portal link on the customer's email they used to purchase the subscription. Keep in mind that we already send the customer portal link along with all customer notifications including new subscription creation mail.

How to enable this setting?

Step 1: Go to Customer Portal > Accessibility
Step 2: Click on the Enable button and select the respective options. You can also customize the texts as per your liking.
