Change Delivery Frequency
Sometimes, the customer may have to change their delivery frequency. This can be due to various reasons. To provide a seamless customer experience, it becomes vital that the customers can make such changes on their own and don’t need to write an email or contact your support team for the same.
With Loop’s functional and easy-to-use customer portal, your customers can choose the delivery frequency they want by themselves.
How to access this setting?
- Step 1: Go to Loop App → Customer Portal and enable the Edit Delivery Schedule option.
- Step 2: Click Save to save your changes
Just so you know, the subscription discount will remain unchanged even if you have different discounts configured for different delivery frequencies, unless the discount is also set to auto update. This can be configured from Loop > Settings > General > Keep subscription discounts on every price change
How does it work at the customer’s end?
Once this setting is enabled, the customer will be able to see an Edit button next to the Delivery Schedule, which will allow them to choose between the delivery intervals that you have set up on the selling plans.
