Cancel a Subscription

Sometimes, the customer may have to cancel their subscription. This can be due to various reasons. To provide a seamless customer experience, it becomes very important that the customers are able to make such changes on their own and don’t need to write an email or contact your support team for the same.

Once they are able to do such changes, then their trust in your brand increases and removes the fear from their mind of getting stuck with a fixed subscription plan.

How to enable this option

  • Step 1: Go to Loop App -> Customer Portal and enable the Cancel Subscription option.
  • Step 2: Click Save to save your changes

How to cancel from the Customer Portal

  • Step 1: Go to Your Subscriptions page from Shopify/Email
  • Step 2: Find the Active Subscription that you want to cancel and click on “View Details
  • Step 3: This should take you to the detailed subscription information. Click “Cancel” on this page
