Reporting is a powerful utility provided by Loop Subscriptions which allows you to take exports of Subscription Data, Subscription Product Data, Processed Orders and Inventory Forecast. This will come in handy when you need to take a deep dive into the data.
This guide will walk you through what these Reports mean and how you can use them in your Store.

Types of Reporting
These are the different types of reports that can be exported from Loop Subscriptions. This table below should be able to
|Subscription Data||This will provide a report grouped by the Subscription ID|
|Subscription Product Data||This table contains details about the Product and Variant of each Subscription|
|Processed Orders||This table provides you with data of each subscription order grouped by Shopify Order Number|
|Inventory Forecast||This table shows a forecast of the inventory for the next 7, 30 and 60 days respectively|
The Date Range allows you to select a window of time for reporting. This can be configured with the following options. There is also the option to use a custom date range for specific range selection.
You can choose between these options in the Date Range pane
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last Month
- Last Year
- Week to date
- Month to date
- Year to date
This option allows you to view or hide certain columns in the data table. This is useful if you’d like to see/view only certain data at once.
